I am a lifelong athlete and fitness enthusiast. My passion for fitness began as a passion for team sports. As a college baseball player, I began powerlifting and Olympic lifting. I specialize in strength and conditioning and have worked with clients ranging from the young burgeoning athlete through seniors looking to maintain/regain strength and mobility. Whether you are a beginner or a finely tuned athlete, my ultimate goal is to use age-appropriate cardiovascular and strength programming to help my clients
maximize their physical potential. Whatever your goals may be for yourself or your child, I take them personally and will be able to safely and efficiently push you to and through them. I pride myself on attaining measurable results in athletic performance, strength, and physique. Beyond training bodies, I coach health and wellness. There is no “one size fits all" approach in this industry, so we will take our time to get to know each other and what works for YOU.
